IMPACT
Successfully house and assist individuals who require medium to intense psychiatric support to gain stability and decrease hospitalization, develop needed skills and enable them to secure and maintain permanent independent housing. Our services are successfully delivered in a Community Residence Single Room Occupancy (CRSRO) setting and include mental health assessments and skills training, substance abuse counseling and referral, medical and medication monitoring and much more.
RECENT WORK
UPS Haven Apartments has begun serving the community by sponsoring an annual health fair through integrated partnership with mental health and substance abuse service providers.
FUTURE GOALS
Create opportunities for young adults who meet the NY/NY criteria to participate in and receive psychiatric support services at this level of residential treatment.
